Ahead of hearings and court dates, local lawyer Todd Lever is not allowed to practice law for anyone.

And a hearing is scheduled for February 9th with the Law Society Tribunal.

According to his Facebook page, Lever had his license temporarily suspended by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

The former Mayoral and federal Liberal candidate is also scheduled to make a court appearance Tuesday morning stemming from charges after causing a disturbance at a Timmins Rock game against the Powassan Voodoos in late-November.

The game (and incident) played itself out in front of over 1,600 fans during Rogers Hometown Hockey weekend.
