With the preliminary hearings over with, accused killer Nathan Koostachin is still waiting word on his future.

After taking in evidence—which is subject to a publication ban—Judge Ralph Carr will return to make a decision on May 30th in a Timmins courtroom.

What he’s deciding on cannot be disclosed at this time.

Koostachin is facing a first-degree murder charge from last summer’s death of 19-year old Austin Theriault in Bozzer Park.
