OPP in Chapleau have charged a 50-year old man after an extensive investigation involving a local business.

Police say the warrant was a result of an investigation into the sale of illegal drugs in the Chapleau area, which resulted in several youth being hospitalized.

“Approximately 95 grams of Kush King brand synthetic cannabinoids and four vaporizer pens containing hemp oil (also known as CBD) were seized,” OPP say in a release.

David Dong of Chapleau was charged with Adult possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking- under 3 kg.

He’ll appear in a Chapleau courtroom December 18th.
