Michael Bublé had a tough year in 2017, but after taking time off from his career to tend to his 4-year-old son Noah – who was diagnosed with cancer and is now in remission – the Canadian crooner is back in business to host the 2018 Juno Awards.

“I think life sort of teaches you these hard lessons sometimes,” The musician told ET Canada. “Part of that lesson is that it allowed me to really have perspective, and to really enjoy more than I ever have in my life. I enjoy the small things.”

Michael described the last year as an “emotional rollercoaster,” but it seems the Buble family has some good news on the horizon – another baby! During his opening monologue the singer confirmed that he and wife Luisana Lopilato are expecting a baby girl. In an adorable moment following his big reveal, Michael blew his wife a kiss in the audience and she blew one back.

Luisana was by Michael’s side at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver to watch him emcee the Canadian extravaganza looking as stunning as ever in a fitted black gown with her small baby bump on full display. And this isn’t the first time she’s been expecting on the JUNO red carpet! Luisana was pregnant with Noah when Michael hosted the show for the first time in 2013, where the dapper 42-year-old dressed in white had the audience in stitches. While the Grammy winner jokingly complimented all of the female nominees, the camera panned to Luisana, 30, who didn’t look too impressed!

Over his two decade-long career, Michael’s sweet and sultry vocals have garnered him 12 Juno Awards, not to mention the love and admiration of fans at home and abroad. This year, the Vancouver native was nominated for two crystal statues for tracks on his latest album, Nobody but Me – Album of the Year and Contemporary Adult Album of the Year, the latter of which he won at the JUNOs Gala on Saturday (Mar. 24). But there’s one thing his fans may love even more than his catchy tunes, and that’s his family values.

Back in 2011, the then-36-year-old said “I do” to the love of his life. From the day they welcomed their son Noah, and then their second Elias, 1, fans have been infatuated with the strength of their bond, which keeps growing stronger. And while fans eagerly await baby number three, they can excitedly anticipate the incredible tunes that Michael will debut in November.
