**COCHRANE CLASSIC VINTAGE RIDERS CLUB AND MUSEUM MEDIA RELEASE**


What do the iconic Batmobile and the DeLorean cars from “Back to the Future” movie have in common with Cochrane’s newly acquired snowmobile? World-renowned, Hollywood famous King of Kustoms, George Barris, designer and pioneer of numerous famous movie set cars also designed the “Big Al”, Canada’s Alouette snowmobile manufacturer, first of a kind snowmobile, in the early 70’s, designed to set land speed records.

This work of art and design ingenuity will be officially unveiled:

Where: Cochrane Classic Vintage Riders Club & Mueum, Polar Bear Habitat,
            1 Drury Road, Cochrane
When: Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 7 pm.

Special guest Cochrane’s very own Dave Joanis, Canadian Snowcross Racing Assocation (CSRA), 2018 Prochampion and Cochrane’s mayor, Peter Politis, will be on hand to help unveil this very unique and historical artifact on loan from Canada’s Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa.
