Number of factors keeping Ring of Fire from developing

Conservative MP Tony Clement believes there are a couple keys holding back Ring of Fire development.

He says without great market conditions, a partner in the private sector won’t step up.

Clement adds an agreement between the province and First Nations groups is needed as well.
