Spruce Hill Lodge is the only non profit seniors home in Timmins. The new wing is helping the assisted living facility to create a sustainable operating model, generating revenue, creating two new jobs while securing and giving sustainability to current positions by increasing staff hours.

Administrator Carol MacKinnon says all work was done by local architects, engineers and contractors

She says the six rooms are not only increasing occupancy, but positively impacting the community.
