Rea Hill the focus of major re-construction possibility

A big change not seen ever in Timmins could be the starting point of re-constructing the Connecting Link.

Councilor Rick Dubeau says the city should consider separating the highway on Rea Hill, east of Schumacher.

He says plenty of head-on collisions are happening there, and more often than not, they result in death.
