Dieticians at the Porcupine Health Unit (PHU) in Timmins have been answering more calls lately, as residents look to make positive steps for themselves.

Victoria Hall, a dietician at PHU says start with a small change.

Adding in exercise is also a great option.  Hall says it can be as easy as going for walks instead of driving somewhere.
