A pricey venture is hoped to be the last of it’s kind, according to some Timmins city council members.

The city is approving a $47,000 (+HST) cost to plow Charland and Bertrand Roads this winter.

Councillor Pat Bamford says the property taxes alone from those two roads will come up to be $51,000 and will essentially cover off the cost of plowing.
