OPP in Kirkland Lake are investigating a hit and run incident at a Northern College campus.

Police say Thursday after 9am, a picketing college faculty member was standing at the entrance near Toburn Road, when they were struck by a vehicle and causing them to fall to the ground.

Police allege the male driver didn’t stop, and proceeded towards the college. The picketer suffered undetermined injuries.

OPP say the driver has been identified. But they are asking the public to contact them (1-888-310-1122) with any information regarding the incident.
