Twitter Reacts: Alessia Cara's Grey Cup Halftime Performance

Canada’s very own Alessia Cara was given the task of performing this year’s Grey Cup Halftime show, and according to Twitter it looks like she knocked it out of the park!

Many may have been concerned that, because it was so cold the artist would end up lip syncing, much like Beyonce did at President Barack Obama’s second inauguration, but it looks like this wasn’t the case for the Brampton, ON native.

May not have been a baseball game, but it sure looks like Alessia’s performance was a home run!

Say what you want about young people engaging with the CFL…the league hit a home run with Alessia Cara. By my count, 6 kids in my place aged 11 and under were all glued to the set.
