**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service has charged a local man with a number of charges stemming from a disturbance at a north end residence on Sunday evening (April 14th)

Responding Timmins Police Service officers took the original complaint and completed an investigation into the circumstances surrounding disturbance.

A suspect located at the scene was identified to police and found to be in contravention of a recognizance which strictly prohibited him from attending the residence in which he was found.

In the process of being arrested, a suspect is further alleged to have provided a false name to the police.

As a result of the incident, Bradley DUBOIS, 29, of Timmins, was arrested and has been charged with:

– 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Personation With Intent to Deceive contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused remains in police custody and is awaiting a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court to answer to the charges laid against him.
