** CAISSE ALLIANCE NEWS RELEASE**

During this event, Caisse Alliance officially unveiled its new logo and completely redesigned website. “The new
branding is more up-to-date and suitable for digital communications. It also emphasizes the importance we
place on providing our members with financial advice and products that help them achieve their dreams. The
new website also contains even more useful information. It was only natural that our new branding reflects our
commitment of always putting the happiness of our members first,” said Pierre Dorval, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Caisse Alliance.

In addition to this major transformation, Caisse Alliance announced the creation of two new $5,000 bursaries to
underline a significant contribution and commitment to the sustainable development of its communities. Students
wishing to apply for the bursaries can do so online at www.caissealliance.com.

It is in this same spirit of cooperation, which focuses on the well-being of its communities, that Caisse Alliance
launched a new program called EcoSolution as well as an ecological project. For each new birth in the region
served by Caisse Alliance, one tree will be planted, which represents approximately 1,500 trees per year. To
launch this project, 4,000 trees were distributed to members following the announcement.

“June 19th marks an important milestone in the history of our Caisse, and the Board members are proud of what
we have accomplished. The projects unveiled today are the result of tremendous teamwork that highlights our
human approach to financial services. These projects also reflect our commitment to providing our members
with increasingly accessible services, seamlessly aligned with their expectations,” said Philippe Boissonneault,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caisse Alliance.

The members, partners and residents who took part in the event were able to see first hand, the proximity and
proactive approach of the Caisse in their community.
Caisse Alliance offers financial services in Northern Ontario. It provides its members with a full range of financial
products and services. As a cooperative, the Caisse allows its members to take charge of their financial future
and to play a significant role in their community.

Caisse Alliance was officially created on the 1st of January 2018 following the merger of the twelve Caisses that
now form the network. As a financial services cooperative, it relies on a team of 300 employees to serve its
50,000 members and manages assets of more than 1.6 billion dollars in its 30 branch locations.
