Rick Dubeau sounds off against Canada Day ruling

City councillor Rick Dubeau isn't happy. And according to him and social media feeds, neither is a portion of the population. There's lots of concern over the cost of Canada Day celebrations in 2017, but much of the hooplaw is over how this issue will keep a chunk of people on the outside looking in due to affordability issues. He's also not crazy about how quickly the decision entered the public meeting Monday night and approved soon after.
